Company History
Cambor Developments Ltd / CDL Builders Locally owned Hawkes Bay company specialising in Residential construction, Alterations, Light Commercial, Repairs/maintenance & everything in between. A vision started in 2019 by Mike & Ryan, who had both completed project management papers in 2018. With the idea of developing land & building homes that are designed to suit the sites they are built on and not your standard spec home. Our homes are designed with a bespoke style and attention to detail. If it’s a new build, renovation, bathroom fit out, or fence/deck – we can help you.
Meet Our Team
Mike Roberts
Director, Licensed Building Practitioner, Qualified Builder (Over 10 years industry experience) and Project Manager
Mike oversees all our projects from initial consultation to project completion. Mike has a passion for building and a commitment to quality with forged relationships with local suppliers and sub-contractors, over sees the day to day running of the business.
Ryan MacGregor
Director, Survey Technician (22 years’ experience) and Project Manager
Ryan oversees surveying, architect designs, council permits, legal details and assists in managing projects to completion. Ryan has an eye for detail and passion about seeing a project grow from start to finish.
Rachael MacGregor
Office Manager – Keeps the boys and Accounts in check
